How can I pay online?
We offer a few ways for you to use for pay, including:

- Using the rmResident App (company code: eff, download at https://info.rentmanager.com/download-rmresident)
- Cash App (code: $ArlingtonManagement) – be sure to include your unit number and property in the memo,
- Zelle payments (ftestates@gmail.com) – be sure to include your unit number and property in the memo

How do I submit a maintenance request?
By calling our office (ext 3) or after hours is calling our office (ext 9). If it is an emergency, please call 911.
You can also submit a service issue through your tenant portal or through the rmResident app (company code: eff, download here). With these methods, you can upload pictures of anything you need to report.
